Before getting my Real Estate License I was a Human Resource Specialist for nearly 20 years. My attention to detail and drive to get answers to sometimes very difficult questions is what gave me the strength and desire to start an exciting and second career in my life. I absolutely love the world of real estate and will go the extra mile to obtain the goal of my clients. I have lived in Oregon my entire life and in the Eugene area for all but three years where I lived in Bend, Oregon while my husband had a position with a company there.
Areas of Expertise: First of all let me start by saying that it is my job to take care of people and that is done by building a relationship of trust and integrity... I tell all of my clients that I am simply a navigation system for them....They are in the driver's seat and they simply tell me where they want to go and I get them there!! I am not in business to tell people what to do my job is to simply listen to advice and share my expertise to help accomplish a goal. I am very comfortable and knowledgeable and specialize with country properties...land uses, zoning and have resources to get answers to very difficult questions and finding solutions to problems that arise. I have sold small ranches and farms in addition to vineyards and bare land in addition to many, many homes within the cities and towns in and around Eugene/Springfield. I always think outside the box and you likely won't find a more tenacious broker out there!! I feel very strongly about communication whether it is educating my first time home buyers or assisting very well versed sellers/buyers on the best course of action that would ideally suit what they are hoping to accomplish. Being a valuable team member and an educator is something that I take a lot of pride in, and I possess the ability to work with many different personality types. Today's market is a little tougher than markets of the past and I take it as a challenge to work even harder and try to find every angle to reach that potential buyer for a property that I list or in cases where a home can't be found for a buyer I start contacting potential sellers of homes my buyers are seeking. I absolutely love working with buyers and will listen to exactly what it is that they want, and go in search of it even if it is not actively listed. In far too many cases these days, clients may feel pushed toward homes that may not be what they are looking for because the agent is in hopes of a quick sale. In my world, I don't care if it takes six days or six months, as soon as that closing date arrives, I want my clients feeling like they just got top notch service and expertise with the services I provide.
